Every effort is made to accommodate your preferred time and Doctor. Emergencies will always be given priority. Standard appointments accommodate 1-2 concerns with the GP. Longer consultations are available so please tell the Receptionist when booking your appointment if you require extra time. Should you or a family member require an interpreter service, please advise us of this when you make your appointment. Patients are encouraged to call prior to their appointment time to check on waiting times to help alleviate extended waiting times in Reception.
